The pressures are mounting on the dark Ones who in recent weeks have
lost so much power. They see their financial ploys failing and
circumstances turning against them. The cabal have long been identified,
and they are now known for what they are in their attempts to bring the
world under one government.
You shall soon see them taken out of circulation, and kept under
supervision where they can no longer interfere or impede the changes
that are already underway. There are thousands upon thousands of people
who are working for the Light, and their collective energies are a
powerful force for bringing out the truth and manifesting their vision
of peace. The awakening continues and more souls are looking beyond
their everyday happenings for the answers. They are beginning to see how
their lives have been rigidly controlled, and seek the return of their
rights and freedom from the restrictions placed upon them.
We are pleased that you as a Human Race are taking hold of your
destiny, and refuse to be led down a path to total enslavement. It does
lead to some degree of violence as you demand your freedom, as those in
control who wield the power are reluctant to concede to your demands. We
deplore any form of violence but do understand that your anger is a
powerful emotion. These situations should change once governmental
changes have taken place, as the new leadership will make it clear that
their appointment is one that will work for the good of all. At this
time we hope to be able to openly participate with them, particularly as
several important changes will also need our support. Our presence
largely comes down to being invited to appear, and the information we
get suggests that our coming would be welcomed.
The Galactic Federation has made contacts all over the world, and
some countries respond more readily than others. Our major challenge is
in those dominated by religious beliefs, particularly of the Catholic
faith, who believe that we are in league with the Devil. It was however
helped by the announcement from the Vatican acknowledging that we do
exist. In fact our representative has visited them on more than one
occasion, and our hope was that it would improve their understanding of
us as they were made aware of Ascension. The different religions will
have to bring their teachings into line with the truth about your
origin, and the true purpose of life. They will however continue to
exist all of the time that they are needed, by those who are unable to
accept changes.
Your first taste of the different responses to the truth is often
when you pass over and find yourselves in the Astral Regions. Since in
these levels you can find all of those things you desired upon Earth,
and you can create by thought. These planes are much nearer to the
reality that you meet when you ascend. There is continual light, and
your bodies are more ethereal and require little in the way of solid
food, yet souls enjoy the eating customs that they were familiar with on
Earth. There is a freshness and cleanliness wherever you go, and what
is often first noticed is that the light is such it does not cast
shadows. So Dear Ones, the future offers you many exciting and
interesting experiences so different to what you are now familiar with.
Your experiences on Earth can be so severe that come at a cost even
to the extent of losing your life. Yet Man has a drive that never seems
to be quenched, and pushes himself further and further until he finds
the limits. This inbuilt passion and yearning can also be applied to
your spiritual quest. You know there is something to be discovered that
will enlarge your understanding, yet it often takes quite some time to
find that the knowledge is held within. In fact at a subconscious level
you really have all knowledge, and the difficulty is knowing how to tap
into it. In this time when you seek to raise your levels quickly the
best approach is through meditation, as those quiet times more easily
allow contact to be made.
Your whole lifestyle is going to change quite remarkably, and in time
many of you will be like us as Galactic Travellers. It is why we must
soon come closer together and share what we have to offer each other.
Through our presence we want you to think more expansively, and put
aside your limited Earth consciousness. Some people even now refuse to
accept the reality of our existence, and have closed minds to the
evidence that exists. For them the experience leading to Ascension will
be most difficult, as the truth must come out and can no longer be
hidden from your eyes. Yet every attempt will be made to open everyone’s
eyes, but as you say “there are none are as blind as those who do not
want to see”. It is not our place or indeed yours to force the truth
upon them, and we should all respect the choice people have made.
As the big changes commence and become publicly known, it will bring
out a lot of soul searching as to what should be accepted. It is for
some difficult to accept that their cherished beliefs are incomplete, or
actually false. Yet if souls are to take a quantum leap forward, they
will need to be totally honest with themselves by letting go whatever
has no place in the Light. There is no disgrace or judgment where such
matters are concerned, and you will be applauded if you find the
strength to move on. Everyone needs to have an open mind right now,
because you are about to commence a period of intense activity.
Surprising events with unexpected outcomes will soon be in your news,
and you will know for certain that matters are coming to a head.

observers for so long, there is not much we do not know about you, and
we certainly see you as rising to the occasion that is going to change
your lives. Deep down you knew you were taking you last lifetime in
duality, and how important it was going to be to your future. So as we

are already well advanced in their preparations to ascend. Bear in mind
that first and foremost it is the intent to ascend that sets you on the

Just as France was being chastised for excessive national borrowing with a sovereign debt downgrade, thousands of lucky French people had their financial obligations forgiven after the country’s oldest bank decided to simply wipe their slate clean.
Granted, it’s a small slate.
The 3,500 clients who benefitted from the bank’s largesse had debts of 150 euros or less (about $190) with the Crédit Municipal de Paris, also known as the “Mont-de-piété,” the bank of the poor, which has for centuries allowed the needy to get loans against their valuables—a kind of ethical pawnshop, or the original microlender. The small kindness was welcome for many.
“I’m very happy, it’s the first time I get something for nothing,” said Geneviève, an elegant woman in her fifties who was at the bank to get back a gold coin and a small wedding band she had pawned three years ago. “There came a point when I needed money. They’re not worth much but they’re important to me.”
The unexpected gift is a way for the bank to celebrate its 375th anniversary.
The Crédit Municipal de Paris was created in 1637 by Théophraste Renaudot, a doctor, journalist and philanthropist who wanted to combat poverty by giving the needy access to fair banking. “The goal was to combat usury,” explains Thierry Halay, who authored a history of the Mont-de-piété. “Interest rates at the time could go up to 130 percent,” which quickly turned small loans into unmanageable debt.
The good doctor’s idea was to give the poor people of Paris loans they could reasonably hope to repay, at decent rates for the time (about 10 percent annually) against whatever collateral they could produce: pots and pans, linens, silverware, artisans’ tools. Halay found evidence of a 19th-century woman so destitute her only possession was her mattress. Every morning, she would carry it to the bank and pawn it. With that money, she’d buy potatoes, sell them for a profit during the day and buy back her mattress at night.
Today, the bank stores more than a million objects, from the puny piece of jewelry to the grand masterpiece, in headquarters covering a city block in the historical center of Paris. With a capitalization of 60 million euros, the bank had 93 million euros in pawn-broking loans outstanding in 2010. Its 2010 profit of 1.3 million euros was partly assigned to improving shelters for the homeless.
“It was the country’s first secular, welfare institution. It was a safety net,” Halay says.
Similar city-owned, not-for-profit banks opened all over the country on the same principle: Pawn an object and you get a yearlong loan. Pay off the interest (4 to 8.9 percent annually) and you can extend the loan; pay off the principal and you get your property back. If your valuable is sold for more than you owe, the profit is yours. These banks were eventually granted a state monopoly on pawn-broking loans, which continues to this day; France is thus a country without pawnshops.
Celebrities of the day secretly used the bank: Victor Hugo, Claude Monet and Napoleon’s first wife, Joséphine de Beauharnais, among others. Prince François d’Orléans, third son of King Louis-Philippe, once pawned his watch to settle a gambling debt. Ashamed when asked what happened to his precious timepiece, he answered, “I left it at my aunt’s (ma tante).” To this day, getting help from “ma tante” is a discrete way of saying one’s been going to the “poor people’s bank.”
“People were never very proud to go to the Mont-de-piété,” Halay says. It may be why people turned away from it: With the prosperity of the 20th century, people wanted to forget this symbol of poverty.
But it is no longer forgotten. As the economic crisis rippled through Europe, the Crédit Municipal de Paris saw a 29-percent jump in attendance in December 2011, compared with the same month in 2010. France’s economy grew about 1.75 percent in 2011, but economists expect less than one percent in 2012, maybe even a recession. Unemployment is at 9.8 percent, reaching 10-year highs and still climbing.
“We get more and more young people, students and retirees, too,” says Florence Marambat, a spokeswoman for the bank. “People used to get their property back after 11 to 13 months; now it’s closer to 24 months. But nine out of 10 still get it back.”
“Our director likes to say our waiting room is like that of a hospital emergency room,” she adds “Everyone comes to it at some point.”
Nearly 700 people come through here every day, on awkward hallways and too-small waiting rooms. Some are clutching a jewelry pouch, others have a letter, which the bank started sending out last week, notifying them to come claim their valuables for free. The operation will continue in waves through the end of February.

The Human Race is proving to be one that is capable of experiencing the depth of darkness, and yet can still find its Light and raise itself up. The experience was indeed meant to strongly test your abilities, and you have been subjected to the most extreme conditions imposed upon you by the dark Ones. If you had not won this battle, you could today be looking at another catastrophic end to the cycle, and the prospect of having to do it all again.
However, it must be said that you were expected to succeed, but with freewill the outcome was not taken for granted. You have had immense help and the plan to awaken you has been successful beyond expectations. As you are finding out, the dark Ones fight to the end but whatever they do it will not alter the outcome. The die has been set and Ascension will come with all of its glory and majesty. It truly is a great occasion that has stirred the interest of life throughout the Universe, who watch on to be part of the inevitable and welcome celebrations.
We know that some of you still find it hard to grasp that duality in spite of its seriousness, is still a game. It is a little like entering the Holodeck and enacting your role, knowing that whatever happens you can all leave the scene and return to your normal life. It is an experience that you have chosen that has a serious content as it counts towards your evolutionary upliftment. Since there is no such thing as death, you can repeatedly take on different lives and live to tell the tale.
However. the taking of life is a serious offence that carries karmic penalties, although there can be certain circumstances that can evoke a more lenient understanding. Again we stress it is not a punishment, but specific experiences that may enable a soul to understand the full consequences of what they have done, so as not to repeat them again.
Since we are on the subject of your succession of lives we will state what should be obvious, that you come into them with nothing and you leave with nothing, that is apart from your experience which is all that matters. As part of an evolutionary plan you take on all types of lives, and in some you may be one who has great wealth and power, but it will all be gone when that life is finished. As you cannot take it with you perhaps the pursuit of wealth may be seen as rather pointless.
In time you may well learn that having sufficient is all you need, and that greed is simply taking away an opportunity from someone else. If you aspire to ascend you will no doubt have already come to the conclusion, that sharing is the best way to keep a happy and balanced society. It also encourages an approach where all work for the good of all, and not individuals.
Dear One, you have learnt so much through experiencing duality, and your strength of character will stand you good in the future. In fact once you reach a certain high level of consciousness, you will not even have to think about how to lead your life. You will have reached such a great understanding, that you will see All As One and act accordingly.
That understanding is one that is slowly being accepted by people, and in consequence there is much more concern about the plight and well-being of all people. Without a doubt you are coming together and bonding, as you are beginning to see yourself in others. The energy being created is out of love for your fellow Being, and the barriers that previously separated you are being broken down.
We of the Galactic Federation cannot help but admire and applaud your tenacity and determination, to ride out the remaining months of this year to bring about the changes you desire to claim back your sovereignty. In doing that you have our support for everything you do that is intended to restore the Light. We are like your referees making sure all is played to the rules, which is why we can intervene to protect those who are of the Light.
The rules are specific where duality is concerned and include Universal Law. It is the latter that prohibits other Space Beings from approaching you or Mother Earth, and we enforce the law. Again there are exceptions in circumstances where they are actually invited to Earth, and that was the case where the Greys were concerned.
Look back at your history and even although the evidence has not always been written up, there is nevertheless much to indicate our interest in your affairs. We would therefore say that it is perfectly natural that at such an important time for you, that we should come close to you. After all, as any family would where their offspring were concerned, we have always followed your progress.
The majority of you are family to the different members of the Galactic Federation, and that mainly relates to the Sirians and Pleiadians. Usually those of you who are extraterrestrials know it deep down, because you find it so hard to settle down to Earth life, with its heavy vibrations.
Europe still struggles with saving the Euro, and we see little chance of that if any at all. The Dollar is weak and being released by some countries in favor of safer currencies, so financially the world waits to see the outcome. This is all calculated to force changes into being, with acceptable and necessary changes to the banking groups.
The whole area has been manipulated by the few who must accept that their gravy train has ground to a halt. You are to experience what it is like to live in circumstances where money is a real commodity that has real value. You are also to have abundance and enjoy life without your present worries and stress. It will carry you through Ascension and set the pattern for the time when money will no longer be used.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and happy to share my thoughts with you as support is so necessary at a time when so much is happening. I would say keep pushing onwards as the finishing line is in sight, and help bring the end about by spreading your Light as much as possible. Wherever you are imagine yourself as a great beacon of Light, and visual it touching the people around you.
It really does make a difference and when you imagine thousands upon thousands all doing the same thing, it is a powerful source of Light that is lifting people up. After all you are Light Beings and what would be more natural than giving of your Light to others, and it can also be for healing as so many of you carry around conditions that would benefit from it.

December 2004Beloved masters, in the midst of a sense of unrest there is a greater sense of expectation and empowerment sweeping the Earth and permeating the consciousness of humanity. There is much happening that you are aware of, and more happening behind the scenes that you are not yet privy to; however, the stage is set for many wondrous miracles to unfold before your eyes.
We have often talked about portal openings and cities of Light; however, you still do not fully understand what we are endeavoring to tell you. We have also told you that there are wondrous Beings of Light from throughout the Omniverse who have journeyed to your galaxy/solar system to observe the phenomenal transformational process now in progress. In the past, these great Beings sent down refracted portions of themselves; however, because this is a critical and momentous era in the evolution of your universe and especially the Earth and its solar system, they were asked to come forth in all their magnificence. If you understand the workings of the universe, you know that it is not possible for any of the Great Beings to come down in their full brilliancy and splendor into the lower dimensions in which you reside.
Remember, we have told you that all of the great masters, avatars and messengers of the Creator brought only a small facet of their true magnificence In order for these emissaries of the Creator to make the journey down from the highest realms of Creation, they formed great celestial spheres of Light which contained the frequencies and geometric patterns of Light from the dimensions in which they reside. Their Suns of Light contained all the virtues, attributes, qualities and aspects of their home environment as well as the wisdom, knowledge and information that they wished to impart to humanity. Each of these great Beings carries specific gifts and talents bestowed upon them directly from the heart/mind of the Supreme Creator which is now being made available to you via the Pyramids of Light you are building in the fifth and higher dimensions.
These great Light ships or Cities of Light are now firmly in place in the higher dimensions throughout your galaxy with a high concentration of these magnificent structures in many key places around your Earth. The Portal openings of unlimited potential you have hear Many cities and places on Earth have been designated as Light Cities whereby great ascension columns of Light are radiating down from the higher realms through your endeavors. People by the thousands are migrating to these cities, drawn there by an inexplicable drive or impulse. There are other places which have been designated as Light Stations where centers of learning, healing and spiritual wisdom are being formed. Thousands of dear souls will be drawn to these places to gain knowledge, to be healed and to join with their soul families or companions on the journey. They will take the seeds of new Creation and wisdom back to their homes and they will radiate these transforming frequencies from the Realms of Light to all those around them.
To gain a better understanding of what the dimensions are from your physical point of view, we will liken the dimensions to the chakra system.
The dimensions can be defined as interpenetrating levels of consciousness which “resonate to a harmonious set of frequencies and vibrations.” Each higher dimension is less dense and contains more refined frequency patterns, which in turn contain vaster, more complex cosmic knowledge/Creator truth and universal laws. Everything ever created is manifested through intent and energy vibrations composed of different frequencies. Density of matter increases in the dimensions that are further away from the Creator and the Great Central Sun where our Father/Mother God reside.
FIRST DIMENSION: FOUNDATION FIRST CHAKRA *BASE OF SPINE * Instinctual nature. Issues of survival and self-preservation. Focus is on the physical body and how to exist in a physical world. Helps you to ground so you can attune to and receive Life Force energy from the Earth as well as from your Higher Self, your God Ray or Divine I Am Presence in the Higher Realms.
SECOND DIMENSION: SENSATION SECOND CHAKRA * SACRAL * (Below the navel). Focus is on feelings and emotions. Ego desire body center. Sexual/passionate love. Surrender. Tolerance. Giving, receiving and interactive relationships are predominant. Mostly controlled by your instinctive nature. Earth-bound emotions where fear, superstition or dogma most often rule rather than intuition and spiritual wisdom.
THIRD DIMENSION: MANIFESTATION THIRD CHAKRA * SOLAR PLEXUS * Emotional center. Personal power center. Becoming a cocreator on the physical plane of existence and learning how to function as a Spiritual Being encased in a cloak of flesh. Learning the universal laws of manifestation and the laws of cause and effect. Learning to once more attune to spiritual desire- body to gain mastery and learning self-control over the ego desire- body.
FOURTHDIMENSION: INSPIRATION * SELF-REALIZATION FOURTH CHAKRA * HEART CENTER * Anchors Creator/Life Force energy from the Higher Self into the physical body. As you evolve and are able to integrate more Life Force energy, the Three-Fold Flame of Divine wisdom, Divine Will and Divine Love burns brighter and stronger, and you begin to yearn for a reunion with your Higher Self, your Christed Consciousness and your God Ray. Compassionate love seeks expression and you begin to yearn for something beyond the material plane of existence. You begin the process of healing and harmonizing your physical vessel and reclaiming your Divine Birthright.
FIFTH DIMENSION: VOCALIZATION * COMMUNICATION FIFTH CHAKRA * THROAT CENTER * Power of the spoken word. True communication, expression and creativity. You begin to tap into your intuitive gifts and extra-sensory abilities. Your Higher Self begins to take an active role in your life and you activate the rainbow bridge to the higher realms so that you may interact with your guardian angels, your guides and the Beings of Light. The veils of illusion slowly begin to dissolve and you know you are not alone. You occasionally achieve the “Bliss State” of the Higher Realms and you know once and for all what it means to connect with our Father/Mother God. You are never the same, and you will continually seek to experience, once more, the magic and wonder of merging into Oneness with All That Is. You tap into the unlimited supply of Primal Life Force substance which is stored in the Pyramids of Light/Power whereby you can create or have anything you can.
SIXTH DIMENSION: VISUALIZATION * COCREATION SIXTH CHAKRA * THIRD EYE * BROW CENTER * Intuition, insight and clairvoyance. Perception beyond duality. Tapping into the wisdom of the Cosmos and achieving peace of mind. You achieve a “knowingness,” whereby you seek to know your highest truth and endeavor to live that truth to the best of your ability. You tap into the Light Packets of wisdom stored within the higher Dimensions of your brain structure, and you begin to realize that you are a Spark of a vast and wondrous Being. You seek to reclaim your Divine Birthright and to fulfill your Universal Divine Mission.
SEVENTH DIMENSION: ILLUMINATION * REUNIFICATION SEVENTH CHAKRA * CROWN * The upper brain is vitalized. Your spiritual Will is strengthened, your Divine Wisdom increases and the reunification with the many facets of your Divine Self and your Father/Mother God accelerates. You cannot totally exist in the Sixth or Seventh Dimension and stay in a physical body; however, you can tap into and access some of the refined frequencies of these levels and incorporate them into your auric field and your awareness. When you tap into the fifth, sixth, and seventh dimensions, you begin the process of rebuilding your perfected Adam/Eve Kadmon Body of Light. You will access and function from within the positive, balanced realms of the four lower dimensions as you evolve into the Being of Light that first stepped onto the physical Earth and into the material realm of existence.
There is an orderly sequence to the Cosmic Cycles of Creation which define and emphasize a great variety of “GODLY EXPRESSION;” therefore, it is important that you learn to flow and adapt to the “changes of the time,” to discard the restrictive, limiting beliefs of your third- and fourth-dimensional reality as you gain wisdom, seek higher truths, and grow closer to your original “State of Divinity.”
Be aware that the Solar Fire of the Supreme Creation is permeating everything in this universe. Nothing can escape the radiation and magnetic influence of the rarified Creator Light that is now permeating your solar system, the Earth and humanity. Your chakras are like electromagnetic batteries (vortexes) within the body. The language of Light via the pulsation of electromagnetic frequencies activates your multiple levels of consciousness. You must be harmonious with and attuned to the vibrational frequencies in order to access and integrate them.
The higher frequencies of Light/ thought/sound vibrate through your bloodstream, cells, tissue, organs, bones, muscles and DNA enriching your sense of well-being. The lower frequencies of humanity restrict the flow of life-giving energy and increase the density in your four lower bodily systems. Your blood carries genetic encodings of your earthly lineage, and more important your cosmic lineage.
New cycles of “Being” are initiated through willingness to change, or if you are resistant, through conflict. Much depends on your capacity to attract, respond and absorb (or reject) and transmit higher refined energies known as “higher truth.” Your soul and Higher Self remember the reasons you chose to experience and express painful situations, not as a punishment but for resolution. You should strive to strengthen your self-determination, and your desire for fulfillment. You must evolve from ego-self serving to a soul-serving state. Your soul is the part of you which is connected to the “Universal Whole.” You may gain compassion the hard way through pain and suffering (ego-driven) or the easy way via reconnection with your Higher Self and God Ray (soul-inspired).
REMEMBER, THE SACRED TOOLS OF CREATION ARE: SACRED FIRE, BREATH, VISUALIZATION, MEDITATION, AFFIRMATION, INTENTION AND ACTION.
The Light of the Creator contains energy, intelligence and the cosmic substance of matter, everything necessary to fulfill the Divine Plan. The Light/Fire (Causal) Body around our Father/Mother God became the Twelve Rays of Divinity of this universe and eventually the Seven Rays of Creation of your Solar System. You were first brought forth from the Sacred Heart Core of the Supreme Creator as a White Fire Being from which comes the saying “You are made in the image and likeness of God.” We will strengthen and inspire you, and we will set your hearts afire as you move forward on the path that leads you back to your proper place among us. The Light, love and blessings of our Father/Mother God shine upon you eternally.
